  Baldwin Louie DIRECTOR, TECHNOLOGY

Baldwin Louie is responsible for the technological direction for The Industry Standard. He is actively involved with all technology decisions and is also the lead developer for TheStandard.com.

Previously Baldwin worked at InfoWorld Media Group, where he developed custom backend and front-end applications for InfoWorld.com and International Data Group (IDG). During this time, Baldwin also led the design and development of a pan-IDG SalesForce.com infrastructure that services sales staff across 4 business units. Prior to InfoWorld, Baldwin was a senior software engineer at Quinstreet Inc., working on enterprise applications for direct selling corporations. He has also been involved with writing an open source lightweight web services platform, which runs on mobile devices.

Baldwin is a San Francisco native and received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University.
